In the video, Dasso (Rwanda government security agents in green) are abusing a man for not wearing a mask properly. According to a TV interview, the young man was in his neighborhood wearing a mask but not properly. Dasso agents sought to beat him but he runs inside his house. Dasso agents entered his home and brought him back in the streets where the following happens. His sister comes out of the house to the rescue him, and this happens in front of their home.
